EWO Sign up requirements

 

There are 3 ways to get on the EWO competition showcase artist can either:

 

• Artists can out right buy the slot for $225 and immediately receive 15 tickets to sell at their discretion and personal flyer . 

• Artists can give a $100 nonrefundable deposit. receive 15 tickets  and personal flyer The balance which will be $125 will be due 1 Week before the showcase no exceptions no refunds. 

• Any tickets sold over the mandatory 15 Artist will be compensated $5 per ticket . which they keep in pocket at the time of the sale. 

• Artist will receive 6 1/2 minutes of performance time in front of the industry panelists for the show .where they will receive corrective criticisms, raw feedback. Ideal Instructions and suggestions to help Artist  growth in the industry.

•  Special Performance  slots are $200 and artist receive  5 min performance time /flyer and 10 tickets

• Sound check for all artists is at 3:00pm, doors open at 4:00pm.

• Artist will receive a interview on night of performance by either one of the podcast affiliates or radio stations that will be represented at the event. 

• Artists are required to promote on all of their social media sights and as many other media sites as possible

• Artist will be responsible for signing an agreement to conduct themselves by following all rules EWO has implemented for the participation of these shows before they can compete or perform.

• All deposits are nonrefundable.

Grand Finale Rules 

*All Artist are required to sell $300 worth of tickets  = 15 Ticket. any tickets sold over the 15 Artist will keep $5 off of each ticket sale

 *Artist will get 7 1/2 performance time  and Flyer .

​

*Artist will participate in the Red Carpet Network Event prior to show

 

*All  artist will be able to purchase a Section at price set by venue which will require a nonrefundable $50 deposit

*All Artist will sign a agreement to this fact. which will state payment date schedule
